The week layout shows a whole week by the hour. It is the layout a calendar opens in unless DefaultLayout (React: defaultLayout) names another, and the toolbar's layout picker switches back to it.
<Calendar defaultLayout="week" /><Calendar DefaultLayout="CalendarLayout.Week" />The appointments, tasks and phone calls about Schmeler and Sons, the account the account detail page demo shows. The toolbar's Show menu switches each table on and off.
The week is drawn as the work week is, with Saturday and Sunday beside the working days: a column of half-hour rows for each day, opening at 8:00, with the current time marked and all-day appointments above the hours. A day's name opens it in the day layout, when the calendar offers it.
A task, phone call or other row that its table dates by one column, such as a task's due date, is drawn at that time for the table's default length, among the appointments. In an Editable calendar it can be dragged to another time, which changes that date, but not resized, since it has no end of its own.
The calendar's other layouts: Day, Work Week, Month and Agenda.
