ImageEdit edits a record's image column: choose or drop an image, see it previewed, and save it with the record. Here it edits your own contact's photo, Dataverse's entityimage, which Dataverse stores as a 144-pixel thumbnail.
Your Contact Photo
Signed in, choose a new photo and save: it is stored on your contact in Dataverse, and shows as your avatar wherever your contact appears with its photo. Signed out, you can still choose and preview an image; nothing is saved.
