Totals and Aggregates

A grid can show a totals row under its columns. ColumnAggregates names each column's figures — a total, average, minimum, maximum or count, as the column's type takes — each in a format of its own, and Dataverse works them out over every record the grid matches, not only the page on screen. Users can pick their own figures from each column's menu, and a number column's formats too.

Opportunities with Their Totals

The totals row counts the opportunities, totals and averages their estimated value, averages their probability, and shows the earliest and latest close dates. Search for an account's name, or a value such as >500000 in the estimated value, and the figures follow the rows that match. Open a column's menu and choose Totals to pick its figures yourself. Export to Excel to get the totals as formulas under the rows.
